Dr. Gianni
Pisanu
Born in Sassari, Italy, Dr. Pisanu immigrated to Vancouver in 1971 and completed both his BSc in Pharmacology and his DMD at UBC — earning a full tuition scholarship for his dental studies.
With decades of clinical experience, his pharmacological background gives him a uniquely thorough understanding of medications, interactions, and patient health. He continues to serve as a part-time faculty member and clinical instructor at the UBC dental school.

Kooner
Born and raised in Abbotsford, BC, Dr. Kooner completed his BSc in Biology at UBC Okanagan before earning his DMD at the University of British Columbia.
After graduating, he deepened his commitment to accessible care by serving an underserviced community in Grande Prairie, Alberta. He brings warmth, attentiveness, and clinical skill to every appointment — passionate about helping patients feel at ease and achieve results that genuinely improve their quality of life.
