Your First Visit
From your very first visit, our priority is to make your experience comfortable, clear, and truly personalized. You can book your appointment online or by phone, with same-day and next-day appointments often available.
We recommend downloading and filling out your patient forms ahead of time to save you time at the clinic. During your first visit, you'll meet our team, have a comprehensive dental exam with X-rays, and discuss your oral health goals. We always review our findings with you and provide a clear, transparent treatment plan. With no pressure to make decisions on the spot.
Welcoming New Patients and Families
We warmly welcome new patients and families. No referral is needed to visit our Marpole (Vancouver) clinic. Bring your health card, dental insurance card, a list of any medications you're taking, and any recent dental X-rays you may have. Completed patient forms are very helpful, too.
Your first appointment usually takes about 60–90 minutes, and includes your comprehensive exam, X-rays, and a detailed chat with your dentist. We often schedule family members' appointments together or back-to-back whenever possible. Shared family records help us keep your household's care coordinated.
Care for All Ages
Our general dentistry includes routine checkups, professional cleanings, tooth-coloured fillings, gum disease treatment, tooth extractions, and children's dental care. We offer age-appropriate care from a child’s first tooth onward, and recommend booking your child's first visit by their first birthday or as soon as the first tooth comes in.
Techniques are tailored to each family member, whether they're a toddler, teen, or adult. Parents are welcome in the treatment room for children's appointments, and questions from both parents and children are always encouraged. After your family's visit, everyone receives a personal home care plan and recall reminders, so you're always up-to-date with your care.
